Mayver’s protein+ peanut butter has all of the good things about all-natural, additive-free peanut butter, plus more of one of the best things: Protein.
How’s that possible with no ingredients but peanuts and salt? The secret is that some of the peanuts here are roasted and ground the traditional way, whilst some come in the form of peanut flour, which has less oil and thus relatively more protein. Enough to boost the protein content of Mayver’s protein+ to 32% versus 25% for standard peanut butter.
- The blend also has less saturated fat, and it’s packed with antioxidants that are known to reduce levels of bad cholesterol.
- Like other peanut butters, it’s rich in minerals and vitamins including depression and dementia fighting Niacin (Vitamin B3)
- And yes, it still has that irresistible roast peanut taste, a little crunch, and a tiny sea salt tang to go with it!
